The EZ Estimater construction estimating application was developed with an emphasis on simplicity and user-friendliness for construction estimators. Although numerous applications on the market encompass various functionalities such as scheduling, invoicing, measuring, billing, inventory management, time tracking, and accounting, EZ Estimater specializes exclusively in construction estimating—where it performs exceptionally well. Created over twenty years ago as a custom solution for a construction company's room addition projects, this software has been refined to provide accurate and efficient estimates.

APPLICATION

<li>To generate an estimate, the user loads the relevant code, inputs the required quantity, and the application automatically calculates the total material and labor costs, including applicable markups and taxes.</li>
<li>This straightforward process ensures that once initial pricing is established, it does not require repeated adjustments unless costs change. The software then produces a professional-looking quotation suitable for client presentation, complete with images, specifications, and detailed material lists.</li>
<li>Most projects can be accurately estimated on-site within approximately ten minutes—underscoring the application's focus on efficiency and accuracy.</li>
